About the event

APRIL 5TH - Experience an evening of traditional and innovative Romani music with Via Romen, featuring Eastern European Romani musicians and dancers led by Vadim Kolpakov, the King of the 7-string Gypsy guitar. Joining them is Austin's own world Romani artist, Oliver Rajamani, who brings a unique fusion of Gypsy folk from India, European Romani, and Texas Americana. Don't miss this one-night event in Austin, where the incredible sounds of Via Romen will be complemented by an opening performance from Oliver Rajamani.

About Via Romen: Via Romen is a music and dance ensemble that combines Romani (Gypsy) music and dances with jazz and Latin rhythms. They also perform from Europe and Russia. Some say that Via Romen is the US's most fiery folk and modern Gypsy music and dance band.
